How to Connect to Ebay
Connect your Ebay Stores and easily Import, Manage, and Ship your E-Commerce orders.

This will only take a few minutes with our illustrated step by step instructions.
1. Select the Orders tab.
2. Click the Settings icon.
3. The Orders Settings window will open. Select the Stores tab.
4. Click Add.
5. The Stores Connect window will open. SelectEbay.
6. The Connect Your Ebay Store window will open. Enter your Ebay username and click Connect.
7. A new window will open in Ebay. Sign in to your Ebay Account.
8. The Ebay grant application access window will open. Click Agree.
9. The Ebay Settings window will open. Give your Ebay Store a personalized Nickname and Click Save. This Nickname is how your Ebay Store will appear in Orders.
To customize your Ebay Store, now or at any time in the future, please open How to Edit Your Store Settings.
10. Your Ebay Store is displayed in the Orders Settings window. Click Done.
Your Ebay Store is now connected to Stamps.com Orders and ready to retrieve your orders.
How to Import Orders from Ebay
In Orders, Click the Refresh icon.
When you have at least one store connected and no orders awaiting shipment, you can also click the Refresh Orders button to import new orders.
Ebay Store Information:
- Stamps.com will only import orders with payment received.
- When shipping labels are printed, tracking information is automatically posted back to Ebay for shipment notification emails.
- Each completed order is marked in Ebay as shipped.
1. Select the Orders Tab.
2. Click Manage Data Sources.
3. Click Add Source.
4. Select Ebay.
5. Enter your Ebay Username, then click Connect.
6. A new window will open in Ebay. Sign in to your Ebay account.
7. The Ebay Grant application access window will open. Click I agree.
8. The Ebay Settings window will open. Give your Ebay Store a personalized Nickname and Click Save. This Nickname is how your Ebay Store will appear in Orders.
To customize your Ebay Store, now or at any time in the future, please open Store Settings Details.
9. Your Ebay Store is displayed in the Manage Profiles window. Click Done.
Your Ebay Store is displayed in the All Profiles section of Orders and is ready to retrieve your E-Commerce orders.
How to Import Orders from Ebay
